The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. There are three outdoor pools and one pool in the spa area to choose from. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent. "Highly recommended, excellent B&B where you will have a good, quiet, comfortable night’s sleep. Franca is kind, courteous and welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful, with a wide variety of quality delicious local produce and home baked cakes. We were very grateful to Francesco this year, who was extremely patient and helpful in enabling us to book train tickets for our trip to Macomer. We will definitely stay at Sa Chessa next time we are in Ploaghe."

"What a fantastic place is Sas Abbilas. A pearl we happened to find for our work in the surrounding. Beautiful nature, the woods and the little river. A fantastic family that takes care of you with tasty (for us vegetarian) food and lots willingness to make your stay a happy one. We will definitely come back!"

"buongiorno,ho fatto presente che siamo entrambi disabili,ma non ci è stato detto che la camera era raggiungibile da una scala a chiocciola strettissima, quindi quasi impossibile da raggiungere, tanto che siamo andati via con un giorno di anticipo.Inoltre la stanza era veramente sporca, capelli e polvere nel bagno ( mi sono dovuto mettere io a pulirlo) il letto in condizioni pietose con macchie di origine sconosciuta... insomma un vero incubo.Non discuto la proprietaria abbastanza gentile,ma...

"Tuffudesu is a great place to stay. Set in a small village at the top of a hill, it’s perfect if you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience away from the crowds.
The property is exceptionally clean, with modern décor, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Street parking was always available and felt very safe.
