"Booked through Expedia, sight unseen, we were pleasantly surprised. Warmly greeted on arrival by Corinne (and a couple of rascally Furkids), we were shown the premises and given a choice of rooms with a theme. We took "Africa" and were not disappointed. "Remember it's 3 star budget accommodation and you'll have realistic expectations and a comfortable stay. This was my third visit. I do find the mattress too firm for me, but my husband said it was fine. This time I felt a bit of maintenance was needed: the hair dryer died, the exhaust fan sounded on it's way out and the shower head might be next. However, I do like the ladies who run it, they're very helpful - brought a replacement hairdryer very quickly! It's always clean, got the usual tea/coffee bikkies with toaster, jug and microwave. Milk in the fridge. Shower things in pump packs on the wall. Very clean. And they do make improvements I've noticed each visit, so I'm confident things will be fixed by my next visit. Still happy to recommend them and stay again."
