"Sadly the bathroom badly needs a renovation- it is very small - & very outdated, cold & draughty - a shower curtain certainly doesn't add to the amenities. Sign at reception said open from 7.30am to 9.00pm, but on checking out at 9.45am the door was locked. There was a box for key returns, but we were going to return the $10 note found in the garden next to our car - but no-one to give it to unfortunately. "

"This place is cosy having a bed in the kitchen dining did not work. We were there at a great time Autumn only lit the fire once. Great relaxing environment. "

"The cabin in itself is fine. The kitchen is adequate and the bathroom okay, although the sink only had hot water and the shower minimal water pressure. It is an eco cabin, so I guess this is the reason. Outside was really nice with lots of kangaroos and cockatoos. We had booked 2 bedrooms but were rung the day before asking what beds should be made up. We said one bedroom. The result was the 2nd bedroom was locked. We usually put the bags in there ... and we had paid for it. The absolutely worst thing was the smell when we went in. There was a pungent fishy smell that was strong and disturbing. it seemed somewhat better the next day, but certainly not gone. We would not return because of this."
