The Lighthouse Hotel

"Stayed only for one night. Check-in was easy! Staff very informative. Plenty of parking behind the hotel. Was a perfect location in the centre of town - close to an IGA & the main-street. We went out for the evening, when we got back the restaurant was packed. Room was very clean & spacious for 2 adults & a tween. The shower was hot, again a must for me! Only downside was the bed was hard and uncomfortable, I woke up in severe pain. Probs won't stay there again for that reason, but will definitely try the restaurant ☺️"

"Gorgeous location right by the Cam river. Ample parkland for children/young families within a very quick walk which is well seperated from the roadways. My stay was post holiday-period, so off-peak I guess. Due to this the onsite restaurant was only going to be open on weekend's."

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. What a fantastic place. Unfortunately we were only staying one night, but we will definitely be back. Friendly staff, clean and great amenities."

"If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is your place. The neighbourhood is quiet, calm and tranquil. Staying here will allow you to let out the breath you may have been holding and breathe in fresh sea air. Dining options are great; I highly recommend the burgers and fries at Penguin Beer Co. Ting is a wonderful host, the provided breakfast is a lovely way to start the day, while looking out over the ocean. Treat yourself and stay here for more than a night, so you can fully enjoy the beautiful town of Penguin and get some great rest!"
