"Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the general look was nice and staff were super friendly and welcoming, however the room was in a bad spot and privacy was a factor. I had the room next to the linen room and it was loud most mornings and im relation to privacy i couldn't have the blinds open as people were constantly walking past and looking into the room. The aircon was also very loud and being as humid Sydney has been over summer it was hard to sleep at night. "

"Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK. Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on the door while I was dressing in the bathroom and then barging into the room while my husband was sleeping and I was standing there half dressed. Rather than immediately realising his error and exiting the room, he stood there with the door open asking me if I wanted towels or any room items when I he could clearly see someone was asleep and I was only dressed from the waist down. That wasn't a great experience and would put me off staying again, particularly if alone."

"We stayed here for 12 nights and thought the rooms and facilities were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was also tasty. The location was spot on, right by the metro and nearby some takeaway restaurants and one metro stop from lots of shops. The staff were most helpful when we needed to add on a night due to our flight being cancelled. We had a great view and apartment was spacious, clean and bed was super comfy. My only comments would be it would be handy if something was provided so you could dry your washing (like an airer), there isn’t much space for clothes and it can get quite noisy with traffic but earplugs sort that out. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend. "

"The location was just what we wanted, the kitchen was as described, the staff were helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be when the unit was serviced, they replaced coffee and sugar but no milk."
