The hotel is lovely, but we will not likely return as they hosted a number of sports teams that took over the pool and lobby, ran yelling down the halls at night and generally made our stay unpleasant.

After we checked in around 9pm the room they gave us wasn't even cleaned, beds were not made. Had to go back to lobby and get a new room. The new room was way further than the 1st room. AC was not working in our room, it was too hot. Not impressed with the service for the price paid.

I booked a trip to Montreal to celebrate graduation nursing school. I wanted a nice relaxing trip after working so hard at school. When I got there the hotel looked nice. Then at night I went to wash up and my bathroom sink flooded because of a loose pipe, i almost trip and hurt myself. I called from desk and waited half an hour and no-one ever came, I then had to go down in my pajamas and the guy in the front desk replies “ i don’t know why no one came to your room “ .. finally they came fix the sink, I was sitting in my room relaxing while my daughter did some school work and the light started flickering, and then went completely off. I had to go back to the front desk in my pajamas and the only solution they had was send a guy from valet to come help me pack my things in the dark and move my room. I didn’t feel comfortable with it so instead of enjoying my night we went to sleep. The next day I go to the front desk to talk to someone again, I wa awaiting in like patiently while two front desk workers were helping costumers then when it came to my turn I walked up to the front and the guy who was suppose to help me totally ignored me and went to help the couple who were already being helped by someone, not even a “ excuse me mam I’ll be right with you” as if I wasn’t even standing there. That when I had bought and left my trip early and drove back to New York in the middle of the night. My whole trip was ruined thanks to the unprofessional staff at that hotel .
