"This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). However housekeeping couldn’t clean our room until nearly 4pm on two occasions (having been out from 10am) and the room was more 3-4 star than 5. It’s a good location though and we enjoyed our stay. If it had been rated a 4 star hotel and priced according it would be a score of 4/5. It was too expensive for what it was however. "

"Being a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal station,the warm and welcoming Hendricks hotel is located close to all main attractions and good restaurants, most being walkable, This hotel offers good breakfast and the helpful staff and service was excellent. Thank you for an enjoyable stay ."

"Every thing was good except the house keeping, the body wash bottle was empty, I just realized that when I went into the shower, when I asked to fill the body wash bottle it didn’t happen the next day because the house keeping staff does not understand English, I had to physically show them what to want so they understand and making the bed was horribly, I had to redo it my self."
