Clean, comfortable hotel but very hectic front desk and felt understaffed. Long waits for service despite their best efforts. Our room was also not cleaned until our last night as they didn't have enough staff available for room cleaning. Only other issue was we were told bike rentals were 6.50 euro per day when they ended up being 16.50 euro per day. The clerk misspoke and charged my cc before I could dispute the extra cost.

Fantastic property near all of the popular attractions in Amsterdam. Cool bar area that has a solid breakfast and the staff was fantastic. It’s also close to the metro station.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was convenient to the metro and right in the city center. The staff made the place. They were welcoming, helpful and kind. They went the second mile. I would definitely stay here again.
