The communication needs to be an improved, breakfast was not included as stated when booking and the Wi-Fi does not work well in the studio room downstairs other than that the property was clean and privacy was great!

The room was in good condition and itā€™s a good location. Close to the airport with free ride to and from the airport, very good. But they really need to remove ā€˜breakfast includedā€™ because itā€™s not. To be clear, breakfast is not included with this booking.

If I were to choose a place to stay for my five days I was in Jamaica, this place was going to be my go to, the owner so friendly, very understanding, I wish I stay there longer but when I come back I will stay here.

Room was filled with cockroaches. While I appreciate the odd one may get in, there should never be multiple scurrying around - in particular the bed, behind cushions, in the sofa!!!!! I contacted the owner/manager on Whatsapp and no response - i sent video and pictures. No response. And then lied to me on Expedia writing that I never contacted him. Communication was also difficult. I had to call and message multiple times to get information on how to check in since there is no reception/front desk. Finally, he seemed to be annoyed when I didnt use his shuttle service. We had limited options as a flight was canceled, but I would suggest you stay away from this place. PS. To be fair we did not try "breakfast" but it was losted as continental breakfast.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Lawrence Pool House. Mr Lawrence was very hospitable and timely with picking my husband and I up from the airport. The facility was clean , comfortable, cozy and up-to-date. Very convenient location near shopping center and walking distance from ATM and Taxis and the pool was open and clean. Great place to lodge while Iā€™m Montego Bay!

Felt like home.What i didn't like on the website it stated breakfast was included but when i spoke with the owner they informed me that they been trying to get Expedia to take that down so if you're staying there you will have to provide your own breakfast any way they have a good workable kitchen and it felt like home. Also the pool is nice and clean.
