The room was clean and my son enjoyed the pool. Also the amenities were good. The location was scenic - on the side of a hill with a good view. However, the staff could try to be a little friendlier - that was the only thing lacking.

Not the easiest to find as satnav misleading and staff didn’t give clear directions. Minimal staff available and no real food on site . The rooms are dated and sheets were a bit stained . Good for a 1 night stay to get to Montego Bay airport early but noisy so sleep not that great .

The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny.

Overall the place was a cute place to stay for a few days. Maybe more much more duitanle t h as n a hotel as lthough i prefer airbnb.
