My recent stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The female staff members were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — constant eye-rolling, lack of courtesy, and an overall negative attitude. It’s unfortunate because the male staff were the complete opposite: respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — it smelled unpleasant, the tub was dirty, and there were no bathrobes provided as advertised. I expected much better for the price and rating.
To make matters worse, the beach dinner was canceled without proper communication, and the limited dining options left very few choices for guests. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Management truly needs to address the attitude of certain staff members and improve cleanliness standards.

"My wife and I stayed in July 2025 in one of the rooms next to the pool. It had a kitchenette right off our balcony. We used the kitchenette for breakfast and it had a mini fridge that was handy. The grounds and staff were great! always clean and there was always someone to help if we needed anything. ..."
