The owner was Jen, the staff was & is awesome the property kneed a face lift all around , from inside the rooms to outside the property, but we tolerate it all into a good thing.

I really enjoyed the pool. Its design and size was perfect for laps to floating and lots of space. Great speakers for music pool side, also! Food was fantastic and it was a great place to stay.

The service was on point. Friendly staff and willing to help. Property is clean. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel. I have been coming to Mobay for 7yrs and have stayed in many hotels. So far this is my favorite and i look forward to staying there on my next trip.

Property is not maintained and linens are old and worn! Have to wear shoes in rooms flora are so dirty. Menu consists of two maybe three items. Owner is a fantastic lady kitchen staff security and front desk staff are great. Beautiful spot just not maintained. This place should be a hotspot for tourists it is so close to Montego Bays Hip Strip, Drs Cave beach, margaritaville and Coral Cliff gaming lounge and restaurant along with many other attractions.

Small issues

Older building the wonderful cleaning staff did what they could However toilet handle had to giggle so water wouldn't run on. Middle piece in shower to switch from tub to shower was stuck on shower side. I called at 9am one day and asked for room service When i returned to my room at 2pm nothing was done, saw a cleaning staff who came right away. Who informed me there is only 1 key for my room so i should have left it at reception. Who would know to do that.?? All in all like the staff, however building definitely needs some updates

This hotel should be removed from Expedia. It’s horrible. They have no hot water. Guest service was terrible. I would never recommend no one to this property. I do understand that they’re recovering from hurricane Melissa, but if you’re not prepared for business, don’t Open!!

Great hotel. I have stayed there many times over the years. Walking distance to the hip strip, to Doctors Cave beach and very close to the airport. less than 10 minutes drive
