"Hi all. We had a wonderfull stay in this house which is a small nr of appartments. It is a good base to visit the surroundings and beaches. The property also had a nice pool and a playground with a mini football game and ping pong etc."

"Property Exactly as shown online but more! The owners include snacks coffee shaving kids toothbrushes toothpaste shampoo pretty much anything. Beds very comfortable and each room had its own fan so no need to travel with one."

"Leider waren große Teile des Geschirrs nicht sauber und auch der Boden war fleckig, nicht sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe an der Autobahn. Der Strand ist lediglich mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügte nicht - wie angegeben - über eine Mikrowelle / oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht über 30 Grad gewaschen und die bei den Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren die Federn deutlich zu spüren. Die Nachttischschränkchen und Nachttischlampen waren auch anders als...

"Appartamento grande e pulito, è veramente a un passo dal mare, la spiaggia è di sassi, ma una volta entrati in acqua c'è la sabbia, le spiagge di sabbia non sono comunque lontane in auto. Non è difficile trovare parcheggio vicino all'appartamento. Proprietario gentile e disponibile."

Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausgesprochen netter, sympathischer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir können alle sehr guten Bewertungen bestätigen."

"The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, stets erreichbar gewesen und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...

"Das Haus liegt in einer sehr entspannten ruhigen Anlage mit einem schönen privaten voll umzäunten Garten. Der Strand von Porto San Giorgio ist mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Es war alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub und wir haben es dort sehr genossen. Unser Hund und auch wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder."

"Amazing views from the pool side over vineyards and the mountains in the distance are one of the best things about this property. Its also very close to the local village which has a great pizzeria and supermarket. Overall, not a touristy place."
