"I liked the shower and the large room. I do t like the poor lighting. Also, the sink wouldn’t drain. Our coupon book had been used with coupons torn out already. Also, the soap on the tub was torn open. A few minor things but made me feel like items hadn’t been fresh for our stay. "

"Everyone was friendly. The hotel was constantly being cleaned. There are alot of things to do in hotel lobby like shop, eat and see some amazing artwork."

"It was a great stay, and a huge plus is that it is a non-smoking hotel. We did have a bit of a hiccup when checking into our room. We opened the door and it seems that there was something already checked inside! We were helped immediately and given a credit, but I still can’t help to think if someone walked into my hotel room what I would have thought. Other than that it is clean and modern. "

"The Excalibur is showing her age. Staff is excellent. Beds comfortable. The Resort tower is better than the Royal tower, although neither basic room had refrigerator nor microwave. "

"Our room wasn’t ready to use the self check in kiosk. When we finally got to the counter they didn’t have a room ready for us at 10pm at night. Rep finally found us one. Couldn’t find a kiosk to check out and line was too long. Spent a hour on hold in the phone just to check out because we had to get to airport. Overall loved the hotel and would be back but there needs to be better customer service or improve self service. "

"Loved it on in a prime location. View were amazing. Did lots of walking, exploring. The rooms were pretty nice..some had chipped wood on parts of room but that was minimal. "
