"Paradise Point was the perfect resort for our vacation in San Diego. Loved the resort amenities like adults only pool, spa (massage was excellent) multiple pools, access to bay, mini golf and cafe by the water. Rooms are spacious and quiet. My cousin and I were very comfortable and relaxed during our week stay here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was when we checked in to the hotel on a Saturday there wasn’t enough bell people working and we had to wait about 25 minutes to get our stored luggage back and transport to our room around 4pm (when rooms become available). Other than that minor issue no complaints. Would recommend this resort to family and friends visiting San Diego."

"Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed."
