The property is absolutely stunning — from the elegant design to the immaculate rooms and beautiful amenities, everything truly reflects luxury. The food, ambiance, and overall atmosphere made my stay feel special and memorable. After visiting Dubai before and staying at other hotels, If I had one suggestion, it would be for the staff to be just a bit more attentive. While everyone was polite and professional, there were a few moments where quicker or more proactive service would have elevated the experience from great to exceptional. It’s the little hi or hello when passing that makes it more warm and friendly. With that said, I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend and would happily return. With a bit more attentiveness from the team, this hotel would easily be a perfect 5-star experience. "

"I got food poisoning from a party and they allowed me to extend my checkout until i was strong enough to drive. I really appreciate them. Everyone was awesome. I couldn't have made it home if they didn't allow it. For this, i will stay again. The customer service is superb. "
