"The staff are soo nice and helpful and happy to be there. Room is clean. Room,bathroom lighting was good. Charging ports were well placed for example near the bed. Location is good, there’s a metro station close by."

"The room was amazing, clean, and had everything needed. The staff were super helpful as well. I arrived early and they let me store my bags before check in as well as after check out before having to leave for my next destination. When I did check in, they already had my bags set up in my room. Would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel was a masterclass in how to run a hotel. Clean rooms, a large powerful shower with superb water pressure and a very large and comfortable bed. The air con was easy to work. The bathroom had considerable amounts of shelving and there was plenty of hanging space. A fridge in the room is always great. So many hotels don’t do the basics well - this one certainly does and it was amazing. Great location near a 7-11 and train station too. A perfect base for exploring Kyoto and a fabulous breakfast too. Five stars 🌟"
