That being said, the three bedroom cottage I had was very nice and very comfortable. Also know that they will try to get you to listen to a 2 hour vacation sales pitch. You can get a week’s lodging for three years for a little over $15,000. That’s $5,000 a week. I passed. "

The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. "

"The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass."

"The stay was overall good. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We arrived just after their on-property office closed at 6pm, so we had to check in at a different location. This was different than the 1st time we stayed. Everything was good. The only complaint was that the upstairs attic access (in the closet) was open and the clothes rack was down. We didn't discover it until after midnight so it was scary to sleep with it like that. Also the vertical blinds were difficult...

"We did not stay but to submit I had to answer all questions that did not apply!! I was told there was flooding from the dishwasher and they had no other accommodations for me! I was fortunate a hotel in the area was available for us 4 but at a higher rate and two hotel rooms verses a place our adult kids could hang out and relax with us. I was told I’d be refunded. The fee was near $300. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back!! Very disappointed!!"
