A high class rehab for the Addams Family
Room not ready at 3pm for 1pm check in. Not clean when ready dead roaches left in room. Our man who looks after you dried his underpants and other clothes on the dining table with the fan on all night. I thought i was in The Deer Hunter. He only had an entire plantation and staff area to use. This eas after we complained. He locked access to the kitchen at 10pm. Next day he said the chef had gone home at 19.25. There is no where nearer than 3km to eat. I went to get our stuff from the fridge so we could have snacks and he watched as if I was robbing the bank. There was nothing else in the kitchen but ours. The manager did arrange food. It arrivex at 10pm. COLD. There were no puddings available ec5cept pancakes . The Bungalow which w had is at the bottom of a very steep 1k. Hill. The other rooms are all up on various levels. Inc the pools. There was no choice at breakfast sri lankan or western but we werent offered some items other guests were given. The rooms in the Gallery at the top are over 200 USD per night but i suspect service would be similar. There is a house tuk tuk to take you up and down but you have to wait ages for it. 2 would be better. One up one down like a cable car. A quick swim can take 20mins waiting time.poor show we left after 2 nights and went to a b n b witb excellent service food and hygiene.
Quiet, beautiful and peaceful, but could have been even better without high music from nearby residents.

Brilliant location but let down by poor food.
The approach road to Mirissa Hills is unsigned as is Reception and our driver, who was unfamiliar with the place, was unsure where to go. That was a bad start.
The room we had in the Museum was ok and the bed comfortable, but the attention to detail poor from the staff.
With better management, this place could be really good and has potential for excellence.
We could easily return if the service and the food quality gets a better reputation.

Lies
Booked- little did we know they have more than one property they book into... Which one is nothing like the photos. Lies.
Horrible experience, very dirty room, unfriendly people, sheets had not been changed so we stayed only 1 night out of the three we had booked.
The hotel employee had the cheek to charge us the tuk tuk when driving us to our new hotel.
Conclusion: never going there again and Will make us i hiver a bad review on all possible sites.
We stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel and it was just perfect. The view is amazing, the room is nice and clean, the food is excellent and there are two nice swimming pools. The hotel is a bit far from Mirissa and the beach but the place is so calm and peacefull that it is worthy. Great great hotel!
entspannende Abgeschiedenheit in exklusivem Ambien
