"Great location. Clean hotel. Delicious breakfast. Nice pool. Friendly staff. I liked the atmosphere. I wanted to be somewhere I could hear Spanish being spoken because I learned Spanish in Puerto Vallarta 23 years ago when I worked there. I didn’t want to be surrounded by only English speakers at an all inclusive, so I chose Hotel Rosita. Most of the guests were Spanish speakers, and I loved it. I am sure the staff spoke English, but I only spoke in Spanish so I could practice, and they were very polite and friendly and spoke back in Spanish only. Just what I wanted. Charming, quaint, easy hotel. So glad I booked it."

"Too many bugs in the unit. Staff were generally nice, could speak a little more english and be a bit happier in general. The building must be very old because you can hear everything very loudly. Very hard to sleep especially after you see bug and feel them on you. Some of the staff help improve the experience. Location is good as you can walk from one end to the other end of the malecon. "

"Been here multiple times and will be back in January for 10 days.Started off to rocky start because of an error on my part or expedia which ever it is was but whatever. But the staff I cannot say enough of how they just know how to make it all better. My most memorable moment was when Sandra that cleaned my room every day there. I got very ill for like a day and a half and she came to clean my room and I said please tomorrow. No problem. 2 days later I felt better and put my room together as much as I could cause I dont like to be messy at home or away. I had a bag of like 15 bottles of water and electrolytes that I drank cause thats what I do when i dont feel good. Sandra came to check on me to see if I was okay and needed more water or anything before her day off the next day! WOW moment for me as I am a traveler and have never had someone check on me like that. If she is a Mother or not she made me feel awwww. Ill never forget that and will stay at los arcos for now on. Also the fun bartender I'm sorry I don't remember your name but always great music and smiling and just getting the party started. In January I will get his name and write another. To all the servers bartenders in the restaurant and on the beach or by the pool and the rest of the staff the same. Thank you! Already on the flight home looking forward to coming back. Muchos gracious to all. "
