"Great Hotel and just booked again for my next trip to PV. I stayed during Hurricane Simon in Puerto Vallarta, and despite the situation, the hotel remained clean, serviced, professional and focused on serving guests. Unfortunately, one guest responded with unnecessary hostility due to a small surcharge was being used to help maintain guest services, staffing, and breakfast operations during an extremely challenging period when the city was under a stay-in-place order. His behavior was disrespectful, disruptive, and completely unwarranted. I want to recognize Carolina for the professional way she handled a very difficult situation. Carolina and the entire staff deserve praise for her patience and professionalism under pressure. Medusa Suite. Nice pools (both 3rd floor and 7th floor). Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice showers. Facilities well maintained and walking distance to many sites in the Romantic District."

"This hotel is in a perfect location at romantic zone. Beautiful views of sunsets, pier activity, and ocean front. Listening to the ocean waves from bed at night was great. The hotel is less noisy than others in the area that I’ve stayed at. Great balcony with comfortable chairs. The room decor is a one star (no decor) with only one painting above the bed, basic, simple construction- no baseboards. The lack of indoor character is compensated by an excellent ocean view. All essentials are there: ironing board, refrigerator, safe. Great location."

"Great value and in a decent location. The place was very charming and well decorated. There were some minor maintenance issues that would help to make guests' stay even better: the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain, the lock on the door outside to get out is finnicky, some of the fixtures (i.e. the toilet paper holder) fall off. It would also be recommended that they put soap and hand towels in the half bathroom. However, overall, it was really a nice stay: cozy, easy to communicate with and very good value! Would stay again!"
