"We booked 1 unit for 2 nights without reading any reviews. Later on got concerned when we read some negative reviews but our experience was amazing with all check in instructions provided. Property is located in a winery with amazing hill views and surroundings. Jacob's creek and other wineries are very close by. Room was clean and bed was comfortable with all towels and toiletries provided. Small kitchenette with Induction plate, microwave, tea coffee, milk, cutlery, oil, salt, pepper and dishwashing stuff provided. To our surprise, crackers and 2 small packets of chips were also provided. We had an issue buying their wines from the wine locker provided in the room. Paid for it but the locker didn't open. Lucky had my own wine with me to enjoy. Refund is being organised. 1 BBQ was clean and in working condition but need to book in advance. Certainly recommend this place to anyone. Will certainly come back again with family and friends."

"Great place to stay. Lovely comfortable bed with crisp white cotton sheets. Everything you need in a lovely setting and loved having the wood fire. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay and if we have the opportunity to stay in Lobethal again we would definitely book this cottage again. "

"Check in couldn’t have been easier. The place was so cosy and the combustion heater was sensational. We loved the peacefulness and quiet. Seriously to have a jacuzzi while watching the sunset or watching the clouds is just so relaxing. A great place for couples who just want to enjoy each others company and get away from it all. "
