"Staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was ok, cobwebs round the windows though, rest seemed clean. Water pump very loud and could be heard when other rooms were using it early in the morning. Decent budget option "

"The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query."
