"This is an old building that has been updated with the old charm kept intact. I've stayed there in the past and hope to stay again in the future. It's on the town square and thereare shops and restaurants within walking distance!"

"We had a lovely time in this timeless, very tall (3 level) log cabin! The kitchen isn't huge, so expect to bump into each other as you get your breakfast but is well-appointed. They had everything we needed and more. The two stories of windows in the great room put the trees and mountains as the centerpiece of our stay. When we arrived, the CO alarms were going off and the place wasn't cooling well, but Greg was responsive and responsible and all was well in short order. (Turns out there was no CO. It was just time to replace the sensors."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It is everything advertised: clean, comfortable bed, hot water and good water pressure! The hot tub is a plus after a day of golf or hiking in the mountains. My husband enjoyed the the Grassy Creek Golf course - only about 30 minutes down the mountain. While the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close, much of it is still closed due to Hurricane Helene so we were unable to access many of the suggested sights. However, we found Pisgah National Forest and Roan Mountain hikes, both within an hour's drive of the property. The views did not disappoint. We loved our stay and would return if we wanted to visit the area again."
