Manager/owner could not have been nicer! Property is old; however, it is obvious that the present owners are working to keep it up inside and outside. Some enhancements have been made; there are opportunities for others. Rooms are small but reasonably comfortable. Ours had a kitchenette which we did not use but would have had we stayed longer. Parking is right outside the door...a real plus. The only real negative...it is very difficult to get hot water. It is necessary to let the sink or shower run for 10 minutes, or longer, before the water even becomes lukewarm. At times, it never becomes warm much less hot; thus it is impossible to shower unless one can do so in very cold water. We were told the property's hot water heater is an "80 gallon tank" clearly insufficient for a property with a dozen or so rooms. If the owners address/fix this issue, the property would be more appealing.
