"The rooms were clean but had bugs crawling on the floor and flying around. The shower was very small and created a large amount of water on the floor. The walls had cracks in them. The best rooms were on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator. The A/C was very loud. Breakfast was ok but not great. The staff was very nice. There was no wash rags in the room and when we went to get some we were told that they ran out of wash rags. But the staff was nice enough to find us a couple. We wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else."

"We felt this was just a place to sleep, our primary reason for choosing it was to be able to have easy access to our room, this turned out to not be the case we had to walk several terminals over (not the hotels issue), biggest issue was the front desk staff did not see. Approachable this occured a few days before as well when I called to inquire about late check in. Overall we would have been better off saving the 75 dollars and going to the la quinta where breakfast would have at least been included and it would have been a much smaller walk"

"This location is great .. the airport, south beach , e11even (club) are all like 15 mins away; the food options are McDonald's, Wendy's, Denny's, chipotle, Starbucks are a 1 minute walk; the hotel room is spacious we had 2 queen beds it helps that the bathroom sink:mirror are outside the washroom (shower and toilet) which helps when someone needs to shower and the other needs to do their hair/makeup, the receptionist Nancy was great she handled pressure with ease and professionalism and was always available to answer a question. The shuttle to the airport is an added bonus! There also is an enterprise rent a car across the street if you need a rental!"

"Fantastic hotel. The staff is super friendly the price is reasonable and it is conveniently located. If you are looking for a hotel near the airport, this is a great option. It has an airport shuttle that is complementary. In terms of amenities, this hotel has fantastic amenities, including complementary, self-serve laundry. All you need to do is provide your own detergent. The rooms are very quiet and the hotel itself is secure. Will definitely stay again."

"Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room, but quite a small bathroom. Aircon and WiFi both good. Free breakfast of a good standard. Airport shuttle very efficient. Only negative was declining to allow a slightly later checkout - the hotel’s prerogative of course, but a little flexibility would have been appreciated. We would definitely stay again."
