Very unhappy to hear that there was no bar in a Hyatt hotel at Miami airport. The reception staff was very nice, but I would’ve thought that there would be more amenities at the Hyatt than there were. I would’ve stayed at the Embassy suites if I had known.

The bathroom in the lobby area does not work well. It was also pretty dirty with toilet paper everywhere. Overall the front desk staff are nice, the room is nice and quiet Breakfast was very good.
