"We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. We also used the shuttle to the port of Miami. The breakfast was great with the omelette station and other items. The staff were super friendly at check in. The pool area was a nice addition. It was fun watching airplanes fly over. It may not be the quietest location due to being next to the airport and near honking trains, but it was comfortable. We appreciated the little night light in the bathroom. The curtains in the room blacked out the room pretty well. We would stay here again."

"Checking in was a hassle, if you had to buy any kind of drink or food you got charged tax plus 20% gratuity. Breakfast was not included and costs an additional $13 per person for the buffet. And the shuttle costs extra per person. "

"The room was clean the bathroom needed some little touchups with like caulking the breakfast I love their breakfast. I enjoy Hyatt’s breakfast everywhere I go. I love their buffet at this particular Hyatt. We’re all beautiful and amazingly nice people. I’m a first time Uber user and they taught me how to use the app. I was real appreciative for that."

"Not close to anything, only 1 Cuban restaurant near by. Have to drive out far for food. Room have a lot of hair on floor. Bathroom so small.towels have a lot of stains."
