It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, 5 minutes to the University of Miami, Whole Foods, ample restaurants & shopping areas like CocoWalk and the Dadeland Mall. 10 minutes away from Matheson Hammock Park for water sports, an open marina and a beautiful ocean front restaurant.
