"We were very disappointed in our stay at the Westin. When making the reservation it said there was a mini bar, there was no mini bar. Another reason we stayed at the Westin was for room service. We got there and there was no menu in the room. After waiting 35 min to get a menu they called and just wanted to tell me what was on the menu and have me decided. But I was also with another person and she couldn’t hear so we opted not to get it. Big bummer for us. Plus there was no microwave in...

"Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. The property is clean, modern, and offers easy parking, with a reasonably equipped kitchen that suited our stay well. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Some feedbacks to the management team: A stained bedsheet was noticed at check-in and promptly replaced. Great recovery. The breakfast program does need improvement—some items were overcooked, particularly the pancakes, which were quite dry. "

"This property was not good at all for us. The parking was so small and with an SUV is impossible to park. The apartment had a moldy smell and the fact that there is no AC, only 1 portable unit for a 2 room apartment was not good for us or my family's health. Still trying to communicate with the property since they would not refund me the money although I was not able to stay there due to my son's health. Awful experience with managements and the facility. Will never go back "

"1st room the flip lock was hanging and not effective. Front desk was courteous & switched my room. Upon entering the 2nd room, checking the doors, the sliding glass door was open. I don't feel safe here as a single woman. If it wasn't cold I'd sleep in my car. It is also VERY filty. I have pictures. "
