"This place is small but plenty big for 1-2 people with all the amenities - pool, gym, full kitchen, laundry in the unit, etc.. Has a nice view of the water and downtown Seattle. Building is secure and neighborhood feels pretty safe. Bed could use a fitted sheet rather than a flat one on the mattress, and shower could use some kind of holder to set the soap in. Other than that though, not much else to ask for here. Hosts were communicative and welcoming - will definitely stay here again."

"This was the perfect home for our week-long summer vacation. My husband and I were traveling with elderly parents and accessibility and comfort is key. "A group of friends (6 total) stayed here together for a resting place for just one night so didn'tneed much. One inconvenience was that the bathrooms were only accessible through either bedroom sincr the door to the common space of the bathroom was locked with no doornob. "Gerard was amazing. We had a minor issue with our room when checking in but they were very attentive and addressed the situation immediately. We were able to move to another room and they made sure our stay was still great. Breakfast was included. They serve the same food everyday but the value was great and the location was quiet. "I never expected the level of service that we got. We stayed for 16 days and every single person who worked here - EVERY ONE - was cheerful, helpful, friendly, and amazing. We had medication in the mini fridge, and the fridge was too cold, which could freeze the medication. We called the front desk, and 20 minutes later we had a brand new mini fridge! They helped us figure out transportation, they asked about how we were doing, if we were happy, etc. The pool and hot tub were really nice and CLEAN and they give you clean towels there. The breakfast area was always well-stocked and the fruit was always fresh and they’d refill everything that ran out immediately, be it coffee, eggs, or toast. I also loved that it was within walking distance of the bus station, which takes you to the fancy mall, or to the train to get into Seattle. Most days we had a rental car and appreciated having a garage to park in at the hotel. I have been to Seattle many times, and usually stay downtown, but this time I was here for a weeks-long event and needed a quieter place where I could chill out. I already miss the hot tub and the staff. I’d definitely come back. There are so many parks nearby too. We went hiking, to botanical gardens, and to a lake."
