"Arrived at our condo unit and found it to be easy to find our very spacious unit, as instructions from our host, April, was very easy to follow. On entering, it was spic and span, and felt like "coming" home. She had most everything imaginable in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms that one would need while on vacation - all very clean! Our stay was 5 days. They also furnish beach chairs, toys, beach towels, too. With any questions we had, April was very quick to respond and found ways to correct any issues that arose. We did have one 'malfunction' in the whole condo building - the elevator broke, on the 4th day of our vacation, and we had to lug our bags and luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor on day before we departed, and the day of departure!! But, that can happen at any time, so not upset, just little achy from climbing stairs for 2 days. April tried her best to get someone to help us, but we managed OK taking it slow! Neighbors in nearby unit offered to help as well, which we found that all the neighbors seem to be very nice and helpful and a friendly place to stay! The view from condo was great - you could see a little bit of the sunset and sunrise, from different angles of the unit. We will stay with APRIL again, and try one of her other rental units. Beach was a bit of a hike, as you had to cross US 98 then down a beach access road, then walk up and down the sand dunes leading to the wonderful water!! Very pleasant vacation, and Mexico Bch is the BEST."

"Breathtaking paradise!!! This beach house is a stunning masterpiece. The interior is beautiful offering wide-open spaces and ocean views from both decks that take your breath away. The property is kept extremely clean, impressively organized from top to bottom, and incredibly well-stocked. The host was highly attentive, extremely accommodating and ensured a perfect stay. It is a premium getaway and we cannot wait to book again!"

"We had to wait on the cleaning crew to leave at 4pm, which was when we were supposed to arrive. The house was moderately clean at best. The primary bedroom mattress was absolutely terrible. With all the fancy stuff in that house, please get a better mattress."
