Come and enjoy our beautiful gulf view cottage, just steps to the sugar white sands of Mexico Beach. This 2 BR/1BA cottage has recently been remodeled top to bottom. Easy walking distance to beach access (450 ft to the beach access across the street) and a park with a playground, pickleball court, tennis court, and basketball court. Fully furnished, plenty of parking (parking area large enough for multiple vehicles or large boats), with all the amenities of home! High speed internet, cable, and Netflix included. Sleeps up to 6 people with pull out couch. Come enjoy your next vacation at Salty Latitude!

Another wonderful stay!

Helene made us leave early but this was our second stay here and it was wonderful. Great weather, very clean, good place to watch the Braves play at night. Brought our pups this time too and they loved it!

We loved our 3rd year staying at salty latitude. We came a little earlier than usual this year and the cooler mornings were perfect to spend at the very convenient playground then to the beach for the afternoon. The location is great and we always love our stay here.

Loved Salty Latitude!

The property was exactly as shown in VRBO. It was very clean & felt just like home right away. The king size bed was very comfortable and we always got a good night sleep. The location was great because it was in a very quiet neighborhood and we could easily walk our dog on the neighborhood streets.

PCB bike week

We wanted some thing off the beaten path, not so crazy with all the motorcycles this year and it was very relaxing and such a short walk to the beach. It was great. The property is roomy enough for 2 by far. My only recommendation would be to change out the pullout sofa if anybody is going to sleep on it.

Salty Latitude Was The Ticket!

After spending a few days at Universal my Son and I left Orlando a day early to get ahead of Hurricane Milton and long traffic delays. We contacted the owner and scheduled an extra day prior to our actual arrival date. Super accommodating and quick response! Best of all we were able to bring our dog Judge and it was a very short walk to the beach! We will be back! Great place! Thanks Justin!

Essential Beach Home

We stayed for 7 nights. Also has an outdoor shower which worked so well with 6 adults. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots/pans. Salty Latitude was very clean (although it has concrete flooring, which is great for sand, it'll make your socks/feet dirty - but keeps the home cool). We had great weather, and it is so close to the beach. The small wall is just perfect! Washer/Dryer and outdoor shower have separate water heater, which is perfect. We did have to buy paper products so we we only had a partial roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper, but that's no big deal. They have plenty of beach going supplies including a cart, umbrella, chairs and sand toys if you have kiddos. Beds were comfortable, and we did not use the pull out couch - instead we brought our own air mattress. Very roomy home, and furnished perfectly. It suited all of our needs and we would love to stay again!
