"Property was as described, but muchbetter in person. Very clean! And set up so nice but comfortable. Beautiful home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well set up. "Beautiful place to stay on a beautiful and quiet beach. We will definitely be back! We had a couple of minor issues when checking in but Norman was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Mexico Beach and this VRBO rental for a quiet vacation. The house had everything we needed and is in walking distance to some cute local shops and food trucks!"

"Everything about this rental was great. Super Clean. Well maintained. Location in quiet neighborhood. Easy golf cart or walk to beach. Mexico beach fabulous. Everything worked. Outside hose for washing off sand etc. Golf cart ran great. Property layout excellent on one level. High ceiling family room. Large comfy couch. Kitchen appliances great. Nice deck in from and back. Lots of equipment to use at beach, especially the large awning. We'd for sure stay again."

"Everything was wonderful. Only one glitch was the workers on the left side of us and across the street. Then they started with the jack hammers underneath us at 7 am. Other than those issues which I get the property has no control over but it did hinder sleep with 2 very young children"
