Beautiful Oceanfront Townhome in Mexico Beach, Fl

"Perry's Place is well located and very nicely decorated and appointed with everything needed to relax, enjoy the beach, and prepare meals when you do not wish to go to a restaurant. The ground level breezeway is a welcomed edition. In addition to providing ample space for covered parking, grilling, and storage, with comfortable sofa, chairs and picnic table, it is a comfortable place to sit, see the sand and surf, feel the ocean breeze, and dine outside out of the sun. Balconies on both the living level and sleeping level were appreciated. This unit and Mexico Beach in general were more than we expected. One word of caution--If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you should be aware that there are stairs from the beach to the ground level, from the ground level to the kitchen/living level and from the living level to the sleeping level."

"The property is located directly on the beach in a beautiful location. Unfortunately love bug remains were everywhere which was pretty disgusting. Coffee was supposed to be available in the morning but it was never available in the lobby."

"What a wonderful town ,great view , comfy environment, great food close by . No reason to leave little city unless u like to explore, condo was stocked with all you need and more . Was a very pleasant stay . Every thing was beautiful. Condo , water, dolphins, fish .,and town . I love to read and watch the water . And feel the sand between my toes ,was a perfect vacation for me and my husband ."

"Beautiful property. Very clean & you can tell they consider their guests in all the little details. I really loved the little book with all the guest notes/memories. Worth every penny & so much more. Are is safe & quiet. Beach is so clean & just stunning. Sunsets are to die for."
