"The house was very clean. The space was perfect for my family. It was nice that the owner had beach chairs, tent, beach carts and 2 bicycles in the garage available for us to use. Originally, from the owners pictures on VRBO, I thought the golf cart was included, but then read the fine print and there was an extra charge. I am thankful we decided to pay the extra amount because it made going back and forth to the beach an easier experience. Overall, the place was great and we had a wonderful time!"

"Wonderful place for a family stay (2 teenage boys, mom, dad and grandfather). The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home - they even provided little things like coffee filters! The golf cart made getting around very easy. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, paddle board and towels too. Communication with the host was very quick too."

"We enjoyed this property very much! Be aware though, you do not have access to the garage here and it would have been very helpful to know that before booking as no street parking is allowed and the driveway is rather short. We had 4 vehicles and it got to be a headache doing the vehicle shuffle every night along with a lack of proper storage for beach equipment. Otherwise, the property was very well maintained and clean."

"The property is set in a subdivision the beach isn’t far either with the help of the golf cart. There’s a community pool within walking distance with lots of chairs available to sit on. The house is very nice. The bedrooms are of nice size we were 11 and were comfortable."

"The space was very nice for our family of four. The kids slept on the day bed and trundle, while we slept in the large bed in the bedroom. We cooked breakfast both mornings and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The large beach umbrella provided that we used was very helpful. And the outside shower is very handy. If I were forced to have a criticism…hmm. No staples in the stapler…lol. We did not bring a chip clip so we were trying to improvise to no avail.It’s a nice walk through the neighborhood to some shops, restaurants, and easy beach access and a short drive to the heart of Port St. Joe. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the neighborhood pool but we did check it out one evening when we were taking sunset pictures on the nearby beach, and it seemed very nice. I’d stay there again for sure based on the location, affordability, anmenities, and space."
