"First, let me say, Jeremy’s communication was 10/10. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Parking was super easy, the outdoor shower was very convenient, and the area felt safe and secure. The beach was a lot further than we realized. It is a few blocks to the highway, then the beach is across the highway. In the summer heat, the walk was not doable which meant either driving everyday or spending an additional 300 for a golf cart. Ocean “view” I would say is not super accurate. There is a tiny glimpse of the water between two condos that you really need binoculars to see at all. We were under the impression we’d have a nice view of the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. PSJ is a very quiet, uncrowded area, so if you don’t mind a long walk or driving to the beach, this is a great place to stay. If Jeremy ever has an ocean front rental, I’d 100% rent from him again."

"Our Happy Place had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Traveling with 4 children is always an adventure and this beach home was family friendly. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and really had everything we needed for the week. They had some games and a small set of kids pots/pans which really came in handy during the rainy days! The walk to the beach was pretty easy. I do recommend bringing or renting a beach cart, especially if coming with children. The swim spa was also a great way to relax at the end of the day. Beautiful area to hang out and enjoy. Marc responded quickly when we had questions and was very friendly. We would definitely stay again at Our Happy Place."

"We had an amazing time! The kitchen was big and well equipped for our large group. The layout worked really well for us. We had 5 kids and the bunk room had plenty of room for everyone with room for the parents on the same level. The beach access with the deck leading over the berm was great. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for the great week!"

"Just as described. Will add that there are three sets of stairs with two bedrooms up on top floor! Not ideal for small children. Absolutely beautiful views and the short walk to the beach was worth it all! Lots of extra things available with no need to pack such as beach toys, chairs, tent and even the cart! Turtle nested right in front of the condo! We will be back. You should book today!"

"We enjoyed our stay so much! The location of the house to get on the beach was so convenient with two small children! Having a pool to ourselves was my daughter's favorite part! The house was beautifully decorated and well kept! We will be back!"
