The balcony extends the length of the house with very comfortable furniture. The house is more spacious than most Mesquite homes, air conditioners, a 2-car garage and blinds. The property boasts over 14 large, mature, palm trees. It's well equipped with washer/dryer, large fridge, a wet bar downstairs w mini fridge, and two large screen TVs. Wildlife abounds.
