The room was smelling bad roaches ( dead and lives) flies I asked clean bed sheets the guys went off on me and said u should wait for the house keeker to get there which it never happened honestly I am so disappointed

When I’m in town I always stay here. Staff is always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend here to anyone. But a couple of things that needs addressing is like the stand up lamp is covered in dirt and dust on the bottom of it and the other lamps are just dirty and the floors could use a clean mopping.

upon arrival the room looked clean but had a very strong smell of bleach later on in the evening. After we left the casino and was setting down for the night the room and the floor felt damp. That explain the bleach smell they were trying to cover up something the floor felt as if we were walking on damp tile so we put down the blankets. There were no phone in the room to call to the lobby and honestly I was scared to walk down to the front desk to complain my grandkids kept asking can we just leave now . The mosquito were bad in the room. When I went to check out I expressed my concerns and was told to take it up with the manager Amy the next day and was given her card. What turned out to be a family trip with the grandchildren was ruined. I would not recommend staying here.

A comfortable place to stay for the night on a road trip. The door wasn't seal super well and there were some flys in my room since the door goes straight outside. But the bed was clean and comfortable

Room is disgusting. There's something that looks like ketchup on the wall and no idea what's on the bathroom wall behind the door. There's an old worn out recliner in the room. Holes in the walls and spiders living in the corners. There's a rap competition going on across the parking lot and what looks like random people walking around the facility. We will definitely be checking out early and never coming back.
