Great accommodation with lots of little ’ extras’ Hosts are friendly and clearly experienced making you feel like a friend staying over rather than a paying guest, it honestly felt like nothing would be too much trouble for them they were super accomodating and helpful ( thank you) great recommendations for restaurants.

Loved this place and the friendliness of the staff. The staff obviously love their job and love their city. We also loved the city and the accommodation was beautifully done. Little touches of love in every corner.

Room was very comfortable but starting to need a refresh. The bathroom was larg, but the shower was over a very deep bath, which made access and exiting a little difficult, as we are both in our late 70's. Location was excellent, a 1 minute walk from the bus station near the Porta Sant Anna at the western side of Lucca. Staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful villa in beautiful Lucca. Lovely staff, great breakfast and good location a very short walk from the walled city.

During our stay my wife had medical situation, she had back pain and could not move at all. Hotel staff strongly suggested us go to see the doctor immediately, which is Sunday morning the most un-convenient time, therefore hotel staff called the ambulance went to the emergency department of local hospital. They also gave us a room for 2 extra days so my wife had complete rest to helping her recovery.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Hotel. Very comfortable and ideally located to resturants and shops. A bit of a distance from train station but still walkable. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning and staff very friendly greeting you each time they see you.

Big shout-out to the team — the room was stunning and they even prepared breakfast for us at 6 am! We had a really pleasant stay.”

UNA was a great hotel but not on the beach as indicated by the photos. The pool and indoor pool spa areas were fabulous and as the weather was not the best it was a much better option.
