"Pros: Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr Sauber. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Rundrum niemand sonst und somit absolute Ruhe. Da beginnt das Wohlfühlen direkt von der ersten Minute! Fantastisch! Wir können das Haus nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen! Cons: Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Das war uns aber bei der Buchung bewusst und man kann sich darauf einstellen! "Pros: Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, viele kleine Details die es einem leicht machen sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Aber das was einem das Gefühl von Familien gibt sind auf jedenfall Giovanni und Cecilia. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet das es Menschen gibt die so freundlich uns und den Hunden gegenüber sind. Die beiden haben alles getan um uns eine schöne Zeit zu ermöglichen und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Bei Problemen waren sie immer bereit zu helfen und jederzeit für uns da. Wer...

"This place is beautiful, with beautiful rooms and spa. The only problem is that the majority of the spa pools are too hot to use. The drinks are incredibly expensive and we didn't see anybody ordering them around the pool. The smoked salmon at breakfast is worth the return alone. The spa upkeep could do with a little improvement. Great that the kids can use the spa. Would be great if there was a kettle or coffee machine in the room. The changing rooms had an awful smell. Staff were lovely - particularly the porter. Turn down service was much appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful!"

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly placed: around a 20‑minute walk from the train station and right in the middle of a bustling street full of great food options. The Leaning Tower is genuinely a two‑minute walk away, which made sightseeing incredibly easy. Breakfast was included and offered a nice range of pastries each morning. The room was comfortable and cool — the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The shower was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and having Sky on the TV was a bonus. The only drawback was the lack of natural light, as the windows were blocked by shutters that couldn’t be opened. Despite that, the location and comfort made it a great base for exploring Pisa."

"Lovely hotel and very helpful and friendly staff . The breakfasts were great , with plenty of choice . The only negative is the fact you have to pay €8 for a swimming cap for the indoor pool , considering what they charge per night for the accommodation, which is a poor show in my opinion. Also there are no sun loungers , or chairs for you to relax around the pool . So we took the hint . Secure parking is available at an eye watering €30 a day , we took the on street parking, just outside the hotel which is a more respectable €10 a day . There is a beach club across from the hotel where you get a slight discount, but if you have children as well , it could become quite expensive."
