Great location.

The property is perfect for my needs for being in town one or two days. It’s very clean. Very nice and very safe and a beautiful place altogether I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Apartment in Perfect Location

I come to Medellin quite often; have stayed in many different places and this one is my new favorite. Beautiful studio apartment with full kitchen, balcony, and awesome terrazzo patio. Top floor great views high ceilings. Super location in El Poblado a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Nice Building & Apartment

We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice apartment in a good and safe location with great views. It's a 10 min walk down to Provenza and the central part of El Poblado or a very cheap uber/taxi back up the hill if you don't want to hike back up. There are many restaurants and bars very close and a Carulla across the street as well. It's close enough to the action but not directly in it so noise is not a problem. We are always looking for an outdoor space as well so it was nice to have two balconies, one of them pretty large. Host was friendly, communicative, and flexible on check in/out times if available. Only downsides: the bed wasn't the most comfortable, there were only two towels available and one role of toilet paper.

Hmmm

Let me start with a good. The building was nice and there was 24-hour security Who is always very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as it was in the pictures. I stay in a lot of VRBOs all over the world. Most of them have at least some items in the kitchen like even the most basic like salt and pepper for some other spices or oil or items left by other travelers. That was not the case here. The cabinets were completely empty. I do a lot of cooking, and there was only one pan that matched my needs and the handle was extremely loose. The utensils and other kitchen items were extremely basic and cheap. Again, there were no problems and everything was clean, but based on my experience with staying in other locations around the world, this was very low end. A primary concern I had was that the sliding door out onto the patio did not have a lock. It just opened right up to the outside. I work remotely and have a lot of intellectual property I have to be careful with, AND I don't like the fact that I could not lock the outside door. The property managers were quite adamant that because it's on the 9th floor on the top, it didn't need a lock and wasn't a concern. I feel differently because someone could get up to the roof jump down onto the patio and be able to walk right in. Be forewarned that this property does not have 24-hour customer service. I had gotten my cell phone stolen unfortunately, and because my code to get into the rental was in the phone, I was not able Security was unable to all , because I couldn't having give
