2001 EI Poblado! Charming Apartment
El Poblado
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1 review)
"I really enjoyed this apartment. The staff are really nice and helpful, there’s a restaurant in the building and everything gives you the feel of a luxury stay. The view is AMAZING! My only issue was the hot water. I couldn’t get the water heater to stay in consistently. Also, there’s no air conditioning. Medellin is really temperate but the mornings were pretty hot. It’s not as walkable as other parts of El Poblado but everything is still relatively close"

What are the top historical sites and other places to visit in Buenos Aires?
Places to visit in the wider area include Botero Plaza, Antioquia Museum and Pueblito Paisa. You'll also find El Tesoro Shopping Park and Unicentro Shopping Center in the area.
What is a historic hotel like in Buenos Aires?
A guest who chooses a historic hotel has an opportunity to stay in a place that's been recognised with an official historic designation. Historic hotels throughout the world come in all forms like palaces, castles, stately homes or even lodges, pubs or skyscrapers — any building that's been identified as being of special interest. These types of hotels in Buenos Aires often retain original elements such as period features or traditional architecture in guestrooms or communal spaces.
What is the difference between a historic hotel and a heritage hotel?
They are quite similar. The term "historic hotel" is more common in the U.S., while you'll often hear "heritage hotel" in Asia and Europe. Historic hotels tend to place more significance on the architecture and actual building. Heritage hotels draw their meaning mainly from the cultural value that the place has and how it inspired the community.
Do historic hotels in Buenos Aires have modern facilities?
Yes, every effort is made to preserve treasured traditions and historic facades, but hotel interiors are fitted with modern conveniences and safety features. Visitors should expect the popular amenities you'd get from a hotel such as private rooms with updated bathroom facilities, WiFi and more. When you book a historic hotel in Buenos Aires, it doesn't mean you will stay in a place that's rundown or uncomfortable for guests.
