"The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was reasonably clean but the shower doors could use a good descaling on the bottom. The breakfast was okay but the eggs were weird. The pool was closed which was why we booked there but overall I would stay again. "

"When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property."

"Room showed signs of significant wear. Dead bugs or other items on walls. Sheets had numerous red stains, maybe blood, pillowcase had a burn hole probably from a cigarette. I stayed 4 days because of work. They didn't service the room one time. The towels were not only hard, they were so black stained, you think someone was using them for automotive work. Definitely disappointed. I stayed here before several years ago and it was not this bad."

"Parking was easy, room clean, problem was very noisy neighbors in room adjoining or just below me. I needed early sleep to get up at 5am. These people were talking loud, laughing, yelling until 11:30pm, then the tv stayed on loud the rest of the night. It sounded like it was right in my room, maybe they passed out and left it on. It would have helped if the ac/heat was able to leave a constant fan on to muffle the noise but this setting is not avaliable. I got zero sleep, terrible night, not happy."

"We stayed with family members for the weekend of our son's wedding. Wedding was held 15 minutes drive away at Fernbrook Farms. We used this house for a casual stop and go brunch on the Sunday after the wedding - worked great, large kitchen, many seating locations, and plenty of parking. Excellent communication with host prior to the event."
