"The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable to sleep in. The shower was incredible relaxing because you could used head or device to have a power shower which i spent at least 20 minutes having a shower. Tge room was kept clean with the facilities help give stay the highlights to the say like a kettle wirh coffee, tea, milk and sugar in scahets, reading lights, two chairs and table, more then enough towels, a telephone if i needed to call reception a device to put my suitcase and a cupboard to my clothes The staff were kind, helpful and always answering any questions I had about the room, any other question and if I queries about services i book. I booked my first hot stone massage which was best thing I experienced because the the lady manage to take the knots out of my back and shoulders by the time the massage was finished i was feeding like a new man!! I could of fallen asleep if i was not fighting it. I decided to treat myself to a jacuzzi on my last night which help my muscles after walking over 16,000 steps per day on my three night break. In the reception area it was beautiful decorated with tea and coffee sachets available if required. When i book my next Brighton trip I would only choose this hotel❤️😆😍"

"The breakfast was good Upon arrival we were allocated a room that was cesigned for disabled persons,especially in the bathroom ,with hand rails and grab facilities. Fortunately the upper floor facilities lift was an infill to our room,did not operate during our stay,otherwise we would have requested a room change. The site can only be described as massive and the staff were very helpfull. We only stayed for 2 nights and it met our requirements. If you were looking for a room with a view the cost would be exceptional,our room overlooked an external barrier wall. As we were out all day this was not a problem,however if you want to stay longer go elsewhere or you will be disappointed - the site is for wedding functions and business. I suggest you look elsewhere if you want a leisure break "

"Located at the end of the shuttle. GATWICK NORTH. Take the SHUTTLE train, as you exit, walk a few feet and U-TURN to the elevators. ((Do not go inside Terminal). Elevator one level down, you will see hotel as doors open, cross street, and walk up to the far entrance doors (LG), take elevator up to Level O for RECEPTION. "

"The hotel was very close to the airport, just a few minutes on the bus and check out was quick and friendly. Rooms were very clean. However, the fire alarm went off at 3.30am, and the staff on the check out desk didn’t seem particularly concerned or bothered about this when I told him it had woken us up and ruined our sleep. A bit of a disappointing end to our stay. "
