"This hotel is situated perfectly, close to Shinjuku Station, in the heart of Tokyo. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as within walking distance. There is shopping close by too. It is only a few blocks from Shinjuku Central Park for some serenity or to go for a run. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a 7-11 in the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering western and traditional Japanese cuisine. The views from the 27th floor were amazing as well."

"We were treated like honored guests and given a room with a wonderful view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to 2 different train stations. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful, but was a little crowded."

"Staff were efficient but visibly rushed during check in so it made us feel somewhat nervous to keep up with them. The room was clean/soundproof and full amenities were supplied in the room. Breakfast was nice and had good variety. Overall a good convenient hotel to stay for an early flight the next day. "
