Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. The Konbini and merchandise store inside were also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Disney Ambassador. Close to public transport so getting to hotel was easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by also which was great. Room and staff were great and we had a great Disney experience here. Shuttle bus to parks were also convenient and easy to use.

Magical stay

Location is good next to the theme park. Very clean. All staffs extremely friendly. Interior rather old but well maintained. Next to the hotel is a decent mall with plenty of restaurants to choose. Only one down side during the stay, which was the fact hotel pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was so ready to jump into the pool during hot days there.

Amazing staff and stay. Beautiful lobby and welcoming committee. Be ready to use your google translate if you do not know Japanese, the staff has very limited English but they are very helpful and kind. Bring small suitcases, there is not much room to store luggage in rooms but good news is they provide a lot that you can leave home; like pajamas for kids & adults, & toiletries including toothpaste and tooth brushes, reusable shopping bags & slippers. Make sure you check the pool availability! I picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed when we stayed. Chef Mickey buffet for breakfast is totally worth it. Super convenient how the hotel is all connected to the mall & metro station. Shops & movie theatres and tons of restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at hotel. The shuttle takes you to Disneyland & DisneySea. Overall it was a very happy experience.

The entrance to Disneyland is right in front of you, so access is very good. There is a premium access service that allows you to enter 15 minutes before entering the park, so it is recommended for Disneyland lovers because you can get in early before it gets crowded. Tickets can also be purchased next to the check-in counter, so don't worry.

This hotel is right next door to Ikspiari shopping mall. Great location and no complaints. However there was no explanation on Expedia about the free shuttle between the hotel and Disneyland, how to get to the hotel from the station so we wasted some time and money to get there. The buffet restaurant was fully booked unfortunately as well. You beed to book before your stay for dining with the characters experience. We didn't know.

なにかを持ってこれば良かったと思うことなく、しっかり充実して過ごせました。 パジャマも上下セパレートで過ごしやすく、ハンガーもたくさんあり、アメニティも充実。化粧水もあり、ドライヤーもしっかり風量あるモデル。洗い場とバスタブが別にあり、お湯をはってゆっくり休めました。 道案内やカカウンターでの案内も丁寧で良かったです！
