"So the hotel over all was good but we stayed in the best Western part down the road and we had a terrible nights sleep due to the celing being so thin we had people above us a 11pm deciding to bang around drag furniture and just be as loud as they could. "I came into Stanstead on a delayed flight late at night so booked a room ast the Novotel and stayed there before heading into London on the train in the morning. The room was perfect, good size, comfy bed and clean. Breakfast was great and an bargain and they offer a half hourly shuttle back to the airport. It was exactly what I needed!"

Wasn't expecting much with it being a one night airport stopover, but the basic double room was clean and modern, the bed was super comfy, and the air-conditioning actually worked really well and cooled the whole room nicely. William at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a great night."
