Relaxing stay
House was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable with lovely views and privacy. Couldn't really fault anything other than the water pressure is not the best, not that this is in anyone's control. Still wouldn't deter us from staying here again.

A little disappointing
Great location and lovely house however, the kitchen was dirty. Oven hadn’t been cleaned and main bathroom shower could use a scrub too.

Lots of space and the fire place is really great. No blinds in the smaller bedrooms - was an issue with morning sun coming in. THey should get blinds for the missing windows.

Definitely met expectations
6 adults and 1 2yo child. This was an annual Christmas family getaway 3 day weekend. We loved the house. The only thing that dissapointed our stay, was the amount of dog hair on the rugs/floor and outdoor furniture. We also began the BBQ to find the gas bottle was empty and we had to go and swap it over. Otherwise, very spacious, great view, close to shops, Stephenson water Fall, Lake Mountain and Buxton trout farm. 40 mins drive to Eildon. Great location for a getaway.

Beautiful property!
We were a group of 2 families & we spent a long weekend at this property. It is just gorgeous, so spacious, amazing views and absolutely perfect for 2 families. The property is also pet friendly with a secure yard.

Excellent house surrounded by nature
Incredible house that easily catered for 3x couples and 3x kids under 3. Warm, inviting, comfortable home with stunning views from all rooms. The fire and gardens were a highlight along with the views sitting on back deck. Very minor improvements in terms of more bin bags amd blinds in bedrooms. However the house had little amenities in the kitchen and laundry to get you by. Even pet food/water bowls. They have really thought of everyone at Kings End. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the picturesque Marysville

Perfect 2 nights stay. We were wishing we had booked more nights the moment we arrived. A perfect house for two families. The views are outstanding and ever changing with the light and cloud cover. We will be back!

Our group of 6 stayed at Kings End for 2nights, it’s the most luxury holiday house we have ever stay. It has almost everything we need in the kitchen, the fire place makes the house more cosy and warm.

Outstanding property in forest surrounds
This accommodation was perfectly suited for 8 adults for a long weekend of relaxing. The house plan is very spacious and the 2 living zones add flexibility. The house & kitchen is perfectly equipped with all you could need. We loved the forest views from every angle inside the house. We really appreciated the ample supply of redgum for the fireplace which was kept blazing the whole weekend. Heating/cooling in all the rooms is thoughtful. We'd definitely come back here. It's wonderful to see Marysville busy and back to life.

Beautiful views
This is a gorgeous property, well equipped for a larger group or family. Two living areas, along with lots of outdoor space and four bedrooms. The property is securely fenced for children or animals. The garden was alive with blue wrens and other birds including two black cockatoos. It is quite a walk to the centre of town along very quiet streets/roads. It was a bit hot for us to attempt it this time. Sitting on the back veranda with a cocktail, enjoying the views was wonderful!

Relaxation with a stunning view
Our group of 6 friends had a wonderful couple of nights at Kings End. The property was really well located with Stevenson Falls and walking tracks close by. It was great to relax in the evening in front of the cosy fire and the talented cooks made great use of the well stocked kitchen. Would stay again. Strongly recommend!

All wonderful except the bedrooms (not the master) didn’t have blinds which was not nice to be woken up by early daylight on a luxurious weekend away Add some block out blinds to the bedrooms and it’s near perfect
