Hi Leanne, thanks for taking the time to pop in a review. We have tested the reverse cycle heater and air con in this room, and it works very well. Is it possible taht perhaps you had the mode on cool rather than heat? We are alwways happy to help guests with any issues at the time that they arise. Many guests wish to help us by stripping the beds etc which we greatly appreciate. The sign is not a request, it is a notice that says "If you are stripping the beds, please leave the linen on the bed, not the floor." The sign is there to assist our cleaning staff to proetect their backs. The sign is not a request to strip the beds. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We act immediately to all feedback. To date, we have not offered room services. We encourage guests to think green by hanging up the towels so that they may dry between use. We have stategically placed rubbish bins around the park for everyone to use. Please feel free to suggest any other motels in Maryborough by name and experience.

Dear Sarah, Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review. We are sorry that you felt the room was not clean. We have provided feedback to our cleaning team based on your comments. We did clean the filters on the air con last month, but since then we have had some very big storms, so that may account for it needing to be done again. We will review the other air cons based on your feedback. We will change the bedding from blankets to doonas based on your comments. There are electric blankets on all the beds in this cabin. There are spare blankets in the bottom drawer of the 2nd bedroom, as well as spare pillows and blankets in the main bedroom wardrobe. One of Maryborough's famous attractions is the Historic train station, we hope you had a chance to visit. Regards, Terri and Dirk

We have been replacing these slowly across the different styles of accommodation as we receive feedback. It would be really helpful if you could tell us where you were staying so that we can address this issue as a priority

Hi Robert, Unfortunately we do not allow late check-out when we have another large group coming in the next day. Our cleaners have to have all rooms cleaned by 2pm for the next new arrivals.
